INSTRUCTIONS
Non-Contact Voltage Sensing: 80~600V AC
  1. Rotating the "Rotation Switch" to "Vsense" measurement.
  2. Approaching the voltage sensor to AC live voltage.
  3. If the sensor sense live voltage, buzzer will buzz, and indication will light up.
AC/ DC Current Measurement
  1. Black probe is negative terminal, Red probe is positive terminal.
  2. Rotating the switch to measurement; press "SELECT" to select AC or DC measurement (AC or DC will appear on the screen).
  3. Connect the probes to the circuit, the current and polarity will be displayed on the screen.
Resistance Measurement
  1. Rotating the switch to "RESISTANCE" measurement, contact the probes with the resistor.
  2. Press "RANGE" to change the resistance range.
Diode, Continuity Measurement
  1. Black probe is negative terminal, Red probe is positive terminal.
  2. Rotating the switch to "DIODE, CONTINUITY" measurement.
  3. Press "SELECT" until diode signal appears on the screen.
  4. For the forward voltage testing, connect the red probe to the anode, the black probe to the cathode. The forward voltage will display on the LCD.
  5. For the reverse voltage testing, connect the red probe to the cathode, and the black probe to the anode. The "OL" shall appear on the LCD.
  6. Complete diode testing includes both step (4) and step (5), if any of the reading from the LCD is different from above description; it means the diode is damaged.
  7. For continuity measurement, press "SELECT" until continuity signal appears on the screen.
  8. Connecting two probes with tested circuits; if the resistance is less than 30 ohm, the buzzer will buzz.
DC Voltage Measurement: 0-600V DC
  1. Black probe is negative terminal, Red probe is positive terminal.
  2. Rotating the switch to DC VOLTAGE measurement.
  3. The meter will display "AUTO" initially; press "RANGE" to switch the measurement range between 200mV, 2V, 20V, 200V, and 600V.
  4. Connecting the testing probes with the tested terminal, the voltage and polarity form the red probe will be displayed on the LCD.
AC Voltage Measurement: 0-600V AC
  1. Black probe is negative terminal, Red probe is positive terminal.
  2. Rotating the switch to AC VOLTAGE measurement.
  3. The meter will display "AUTO" initially, press "RANGE" to switch the measurement range between 200mV, 2V, 20V, 200V, and 600V.
  4. Connecting the testing probes with the tested terminal, the voltage from the red probe will be displayed on the LCD.
Illmination
Press and hold "HOLD" button for more than 2 seconds, illumination light will light up. Press "HOLD" button again to shut off. The light will automatically shut off after 15 seconds.
Data Hold
Press "HOLD" shortly to hold the value display on the LCD. Press "HOLD" again will return to normal.
Auto Shut Down
  • The meter will automatically shut down and turn into sleeping mode after 15 minutes without any operation. To awake the meter, please press any button or rotating the "ROTATION SWITCH".
  • Press and hold the "HOLD" button and switch on the power will cancel the "Auto Shut Down" function.
